1. Clear Browser Cache

  1. netsh resets the winsock
  2. netsh int ip reset
  3. Ipconfig/release
  4. ipconfig /renew
  5. ipconfig /flushdns
  6. ipconfig /registerdns

When you’re done when you are done, you can close your Command Prompt window by typing Exit, then pressing the Enter keys on your personal computer.

Click the Start button, then settings > network and Internet.

At the Network and Sharing Center screen select the icon for your Current Network.

The Network Properties screen de-check the box for Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click”OK” to save your settings.

Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

7. Temporarily Disable Antivirus Program

If none of these strategies are working then temporarily turn off the Antivirus program on your PC and test if you’re in a position to connect to the web page.

Right-click the Antivirus Program icon in the tray in the system tray, and then click Disable Auto Protect.

Then, select the period of time that you wish to deactivate the Antivirus program , and then click OK.

When you have your antivirus software disabled, try opening the page and see whether you can navigate to the website.

If the issue is due to an Antivirus application, the best solution is to delete this Antivirus program and then reinstall the Antivirus Program onto your PC.
